Con­trol cabi­net for sys­tem control

A con­trol cabi­net with a con­trol panel for sys­tem con­trol was plan­ned, manu­fac­tu­red and instal­led for a cus­to­mer. The tech­no­lo­gy, imple­men­ted using PLC com­pon­ents and an elec­tro­tech­ni­cal power sec­tion, ensu­res fail-safe ope­ra­ti­on of the sys­tem with an out­put of around 550kW.

Visua­liza­ti­on and ope­ra­ting concept

Our pro­ject engi­neers crea­te visua­liza­ti­on and ope­ra­ting con­cepts for your com­ple­te hydro­elec­tric power plant. This results in a very good and simp­le sys­tem over­view for the ope­ra­tor and by log­ging sys­tem sta­tes (water levels, alarm mes­sa­ges, etc.), con­clu­si­ons can be drawn about the sys­tem sta­tus. Fur­ther­mo­re, detail­ed infor­ma­ti­on on the indi­vi­du­al machi­ne sets and other power plant com­pon­ents can be cal­led up and displayed.

Remo­te main­ten­an­ce via VPN connection

So that you can access your sys­tem from any­whe­re in the world, you have the opti­on of making your sys­tem remo­te­ly ope­ra­ble via an Inter­net con­nec­tion. We also offer you sys­tem moni­to­ring by our spe­cia­lists. In this way, mal­func­tions can be detec­ted ear­ly and machi­ne dama­ge can be avoided.

Schma­lei­cher Müh­le power plant revision

Grain was pro­ces­sed into flour in the “Schma­lei­cher Müh­le” until the 1990s. The mil­ling machi­nes on four flo­ors — con­nec­ted by trans­mis­si­ons — were dri­ven by a Fran­cis tur­bi­ne from 1924 with a mecha­ni­cal out­put of 21 kW at a head of 2.8 m. Sin­ce the grin­ding ope­ra­ti­on was dis­con­tin­ued, the site has been used exclu­si­ve­ly for the gene­ra­ti­on of elec­tri­cal energy…
