EBA‑2/7LED e – LED headlights for use where there is a risk of firedamp
The LED searchlight EBA 2/7 LED is designed for use in areas where there is a risk of explosion and firedamp, such as in mine construction or in mining technology. The use of 7 high-performance LEDs, optionally with an operating voltage of 12V or 24V, results in a high light output with even light distribution. Due to special design features, the light distribution values for given clearance profiles are achieved in various applications. The EBA‑2/7 LED spotlight complies with DIN 20612 (lighting on overhead monorails) and is ATEX-certified (Type Examination Certificate DMT 00 ATEX E083).

HZGi/PA – Intrinsically Safe Audible Signal Generator
The intrinsically safe audio signal generator HZG serves as a warning or signal tone generator for vehicles or stationary systems in firedamp and explosion-endangered areas. It is approved according to EN (European standard) and ATEX (general standard for systems in potentially explosive atmospheres). The pulsating tone at a frequency of 2600 Hz and a volume of 110 dB (at a distance of 1 m) can still be clearly heard from a long distance and signals dangerous situations or unusual conditions over the long term. The compact design with the dimensions 80 mm x 75 mm x 83 mm enables problem-free accommodation even in tight spaces.

TFK/TSK — Intrinsically safe temperature sensors and temperature switches
The temperature sensor/temperature switch TFK/TSK in a robust, intrinsically safe design is used, for example, to record limit temperatures in liquid and gaseous media such as motor oils or exhaust gases. The TFK temperature sensor has a built-in DIN Pt 100 measuring resistor, which derives an analogue voltage from the temperature, which can be further processed by electronic evaluation devices. With the TSK temperature switch, the internal contact opens when the switching temperature is exceeded and thus interrupts a monitoring circuit. The housing made of V4A guarantees good resistance to environmental influences.
