Turbine Shaft Guide Bearing

When repairing a turbine shaft guide bearing, we can offer a cost-effective solution without removing the turbine shaft, using specific tools and special machining of the shaft in the area of the bearing seat

Horizontal rake cleaner with storage flap

For our customer we designed, built and installed a rake cleaner with a horizontal direction of movement. This eliminates the separate removal of the floating debris. This is transported away by controlling the storage flap

Francis-Turbine revidiert

Francis turbine in revised condition

The complete overhaul of a Francis turbine in the power class of approx. 40kW was removed at the customer’s site, overhauled in our production and then put back into operation. The main problem of the turbine was the high mechanical wear and tear due to age and two broken components.

Stahlwasserbau

Protection panel for drain regulation

Our protective panel systems made of galvanized steel or aluminum ensure high resistance to corrosion. Both the revision and the new construction of the protective panels are taken over and carried out by our project managers and our production department.

Schmaleicher Mühle power plant revision

Grain was processed into flour in the “Schmaleicher Mühle” until the 1990s. The milling machines on four floors — connected by transmissions — were driven by a Francis turbine from 1924 with a mechanical output of 21 kW at a head of 2.8 m. Since the grinding operation was discontinued, the site has been used exclusively for the generation of electrical energy…
